The Sun Came Up Brighter Today

A driven song with an inspirational message.  Some dynamic contrast yet mostly driving throughout.

She’s A Lucky One

Themes of breaking down, internalizing, facing anxiety.  The acoustic guitars and violins seem to create a spinning room.  Interesting time changes.  Both Male and Female vocal.

It’s 12:00 A.M.

Male lead vocal layered with female harmony.  Centered around acoustic guitar.  Themes of reflection and exhaustion.

September

An instrumental with very strong emotional imagery portraying a climactic scene as the song enters its dynamic summit.  Events are unfolding, lovers reuniting, loose ends being tied up, accomplishing final tasks.  Very dramatic.

Every Train

An acoustic driven song with feelings of loss and wanting. Dynamically structured, builds with the lyric.

Westward

Folk instrumental with some Irish influence.  Colored with acoustic guitar and a beautiful violin melody.  Keywords: travel, wandering, vagabond, countryland, rural.

In The Morning

This track is carried by a thought provoking violin that sort of calls to mind a fast forward look at memories of the past.  Sounds like senior year of high school coming to a close.  Coming of age.

Great Is Thy Faithfulness

A soft string instrumented cover of the classic Christian Hymn. Topped by a sweet and serene female vocal similar in style to Amy Grant.

Emperors Swag

This Eminem, Dr. Dre sounding instrumental creates a tension that beckons for a fury filled Eminem style rap. Sounds like a General addressing his troops for war, or the Emperor stepping onto the Death Star with some swag, or even a hostile king giving a maniacal laugh as peasants become slaves in his dystopian kingdom. This song is vindictive in the evilest way.

Polar Vortex

Haunting, scary, tense. Perfect for a thriller. Psycho killer, demon infested. This instrumental could set the scene for a hallucinatory world. Maybe a schizophrenic.

So Sneaky

Whether its a mouse scurrying through the house at night looking for a nibble or a spider slowly descending onto your face above your bed, there is definitely something creepy going on in this track. Maybe something more mythological like an elf stalking through the forest. Yet, with another listen it may be the background for some sort of playful tongue and cheek dialogue.
